 David Berard Named Customer Service Contact Center Professional of the Year

David Berard was named the Customer Service Contact Center Professional of the Year for his superior work supporting customers.

Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word for "crowned," winners were announced during a gala banquet on Monday, February 22, at the Eden Roc Renaissance Hotel in Miami Beach. Nominated customer service and sales executives from the U.S. and several other countries attended.
